We ship all orders via FedEx. For international shipping rate please email us. Orders are processed within 24-48 business hours of placing your order before being shipped. When placing your order, it is important to submit accurate shipping information. We will ship to the address provided and will not be liable for lost packages due to incorrect shipping information. We will only ship to matching billing and shipping addresses. When using PayPal we will only ship to "confirmed" addresses.
If issues, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org ASAP! If the package is returned to us, customer will be responsible for paying reshipment fees.

Damaged or defective items:
If your product arrives damaged or defective (as our bottles are glass, there is a small risk of damage during delivery), we will gladly replace your purchase. Please email us at email@example.com with your name, order number and a picture and/or video within 3 days of delivery. No replacement, refund, or exchange will be fulfilled after 3 days of delivery.
